Nice branding project for The Nth Degree private members club by London studio Ragged Edge Design.

Pentagram’s first appearance on Bitique this year and I think it may be a bit of a ‘Marmite’ project – you’ll either love it or you’ll hate it.
From the studio of Michael Bierut, it plays off the light well situated in the NCMA and takes inspiration from the geometric letterform studies of Josef Albers, the legendary Bauhaus artist who taught in the 1930’s and 40’s at Black Mountain College in Asheville and who features in the NCMA collections.

Spotted a new branding project over at Saffron – well it’s new since my last visit! It’s for leading Danish legal firm Gorrissen Federspiel who’s true personality has been brought out by the guys at Saffron.

With the Climate Conference in Copenhagen dominating the news this week I’m sure many of you will have taken notice of the identity being used at the summit. Well it was produced as part of an open competition by Copenhagen/New York deisgn studio NR2154.

I chanced across the site of Chermayeff & Geismar pretty much by accident and must admit I was pretty ignorant, if not of their work but to fact that they did it.
