I absolutely love this portrait of the man, the legend Eric Cantona - a massive childhood hero of mine - by the man, the legend Stanley Chow! Many of you may recognise some of Mr Chow's recent handiwork in the shape of the Dr Who, Charlotte Church, Graham Norton and Richard Hammond characters that feature throughout Saturday nights on the BBC.

Spotted this over at Amass - the blog of designer James Phillips Williams - JP to his friends. Lovely to see the simplicity and beauty of the card. I wonder how it would look if Mr Rand was to design it today with all the added content that goes on a card these days - email address, URL, Skype, Fax etc. I reckon it would still be a belter!

Take a look through the 'identities' section and discover a virtual who's who of great American branding.
